This website is independently operated by Wong Kee Loong (Kee Wong), REN 46353, a registered real estate negotiator under PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 1264951-W). The website provides property information, enquiry assistance and viewing arrangements for R&F Princess Cove. It is not the corporate website of R&F Group or the project developer.
The website provides general property information and an enquiry channel. Unless expressly confirmed in a signed document by the relevant party, nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, unit reservation, booking, Sale and Purchase Agreement, financing approval, legal advice, tax advice or investment advice.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
